He was one of the most charismatic and impressive real estate tycoons in Japan. When alive, he was the CEO and president of Mori building. He, along with his family, owned the 100% shares of that building. He also possessed the 12.74% share of Sunwood Corporation.

In Japan, his family name is included in a number of real estate developments of japan. His name, along with his brother Akira Mori, was once listed among the world’s richest people on Forbes.

Akira Mori is considered as the richest real estate billionaire of Japan. He was born on July 12, 1936. Presently, he is also the oldest one among the top hundred richest most people of the world. He is a real estate developer, and CEO and president of Mori trust at Tokyo.He joined his family’s Mori building during the year 1972 as an employee. He, along with his elder brother Minoru Mori, inherited the family business after his father’s death in 1993. Later on, in 1999 they split their business after facing a falling-out.

Mori trust, under his management in Tokyo, owns 67 building, and also manages 89 buildings, that include residential buildings and houses. This includes commercial building like Tokyo Shiodome Building and 30 hotels like the Conrad Tokyo in a number of districts near Tokyo.

 

Yoshiko Mori ( Net Worth = $ 2.8 Billion)

Yoshiko Mori has been ranked as the second richest real estate billionaire of Japan. Yashiko Mori is currently 75th year old woman. She is the wife and widow of the top ranked real estate billionaire Minoru Mori. She inherited some part of his property after his death that included a share from Mori Building as well. The share that came to her part is actually known for developments of the landmark such as Roppongi Hills in Tokyo and the Shanghai World Financial Center i.e. the tallest building in China.

 

Katsumi Tada ( Net Worth = $ 1.19 Billion)

Katsumi Tada is the fourth richest real estate billionaire of Japan. He is 70 years old, and he was the founder of  Daito Trust Construction that is a commercial and residential developer in Japan.

Recently he cut his ties with Daito Trust Construction by selling back his stake to it. His new company is Daisho Asia Developer, and has finished building a tower consisting 32 stories in Brisbane, Australia. The company is known for its specialization in building’s construction and planning.
