Li KaShing

Sir Li KaShing (Born on 29th July, 1928) is a Hong-Kong based real estate businessman, philanthropist, investor and one of the most powerful business tycoons of Asia.He is the founder and CEO of CK Hutchison Holdings, Li KaShing foundation and CK Property Holdings. With the total fortune of about $ 29.6 Billion, he is on the top of the list of richest real estate billionaires of Hong-Kong. Li KaShing took his early education in his hometown Chaozhou, Guangdong, China. But after the death of his father, he could not continue his education and started working in a plastic factory to support his family. After some years, Li KaShing founded his own company Cheung Kong Industries in 1950. In 1979 and 1985, he founded two more companies named CK Hutchison Holdings and Hong-Kong Electric Holdings Limited, respectively. Li is honored with different awards due to his immense business intellect and philanthropy. He is awarded Justice of the peace, LL.D. and D.SSc awards. Li KaShing has Canadian, Chinese and Hong-Kong nationality due to which he is also included in the list of Chinese billionaires. Li has 2 sons, Victor Li and Richard Li, who are working with him in the business.

Lee ShauKee

Lee ShauKee (Born on 29th January, 1928 in China) is a famous real estate business tycoon and philanthropist of Hong-Kong. He is currently the Chairman of Henderson Land Development Company Limited which deals in restaurants, hotels and real estate. Lee is 2nd in the list richest real estate billionaires of Hong-Kong with an estimated fortune of about $ 23.9 Billion.Over the past many years, he has donated huge amount of wealth on youth programs, education and charities. Lee had different nicknames like Hong-Kong’s Buffett and Asia’s Master of Stock. He has 5 children and 8 grandchildren. Lee is also in the list of Chinese richest billionaires.

Cheng Yu Tung

Cheng Yu Tung was born on August 26, 1925 in Shunde, Guangdong, China. He is the 3rd richest real estate billionaire business tycoon of Hong-Kong with an estimated fortune of about $ 16.2 billion. His business dealings are in Hong-Kong and Macau.Cheng is the founder of Chow Tai Fook Enterprises that deals in the Sheraton Marina Hotel. Initially, he was indulged in jewelry business which gained him enough amount of wealth. Cheng is also the member of Board of Directors of Hang Seng Bank, which is 3rd largest bank of Hong-Kong. His grandson, Adrian Cheng Chi-Kong is an executive member of Chow Tai Fook Enterprises.

Joseph Lau

Joseph Lau Luen Hung (Born on 21 July, 1951) is a Hong-Kong-UK based real estate businessman. He is 61% shareholder of Chinese Estates Holdings. Lau has an estimated wealth of about $ 13.9 Billion which puts him 4th in the list of richest real estate billionaires of Hong-Kong.Lau had 3 wives and 6 children. Lau is also famous for buying expensive diamonds from different auctions.

Thomas and Raymond Kwok

Thomas Kwok Ping Kwong was (Born in 1951 in Portuguese Macau) is the Co-Chairman of Sun Hung Kai Properties, which is the biggest property company of Hong-Kong. He inherited this company from his father, Kwok Tak Seng who was the founder of Hung Kai Properties. The company is under the joint chairmanship of Thomas Kwok and his younger brother Raymond Kwok (Born in 1952 in Hong-Kong). The joint wealth of these brothers is estimated to be $ 16.9 Billion which gained them the rank of 5th richest real estate billionaire of Hong-Kong. Thomas holds MBA degree from University of London while Raymond has an MBA degree from Harvard University, Law degree from Cambridge University and honorary Doctorate degree in law from Chinese University of Hong-Kong. The two brothers were arrested 2012 for bribery charges. Thomas was sentenced to prison for 5 years while Raymond was cleared from all charges later and set free.
